This year marks the 47th Annual NRPA Congress and Exposition; the 2012 event will be held in Anaheim, California at the Anaheim Convention Center from Monday, October 16th – Wednesday, 18th. The annual conference will feature keynote speaker Adrian Grenier, conservationist and host of Alter Eco, more than 200 hundred educational opportunities (including 11 tracks), networking events, 300 exhibitors and much more.
For a limited time attendees have the opportunity to win three free registrations to the 2012 NRPA Congress and Exposition plus travel stipends by completing a PRORAGIS profile, the deadline is Monday, September 3rd.
PRORAGIS is a replacement for the NRPA standards that have guided land acquisition and development for the past 45 years. This data is much more accurate as you can compare standards with departments in your state or region; the data that is reported also comprises actual numbers versus a more generic national average.
