Pam Edmiston began working in the landscape industry in 1987 and earned her degree in Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Pam has been a California state registered Landscape Architect since 1989. She joined Landscape Development, Inc. in 1989 and has continuously played a significant role in the growth of the company. Pam's wide range of project experience allows her to professionally direct all aspects of landscape construction, ranging from irrigation, landscaping, hardscape, lighting,
maintenance, erosion control, architectural design and value-engineering consulting.
As a state registered Landscape Architect, Pam supplies construction and architectural services for the design and build of slopes, model homes, estates, parks, and recreation
areas, multi-family housing, and mixed-use podium projects, specializing in budget-challenged projects. Pam has earned an Elan award for Best Design of a Model Home
Pam plays a key role for Landscape Development in the training and development of project support staff. She also oversees the Design department, which allows for rapid,
efficient collection and production of plans for bid and design . Pam is also a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and a member of Cal Poly SLO Landscape Architecture Department Advisory Council.
