Infrastructure Bank Legislation Introduced in the House

Representatives Rosa DeLauro (CT-3, seen here on the left), Keith Ellison (MN-5), Anthony Weiner (NY-9), and Steve Israel (NY-2) introduced the National Infrastructure Development Bank Act of 2009 (H.R. 2521) in the House. - Courtesy of www.ctemploymentlawblog.com

Potential legislation could help bring our nation’s infrastructure systems up to good conditions. This could bring about mixed results for the landscape industry.

The National Infrastructure Development Bank Act would fund and create a bank that would direct public and private funds toward transportation, environmental, energy, and telecommunications infrastructure projects of national or regional significance. This legislation could be used as a means to improve that nation’s infrastructure. – Courtesy of American Society of Civil Engineers
