Maintenance Opportunities At LawnBroker.com

LawnBroker.com lets landscape companies bid on maintenance jobs nationwide. Launched in March, the site promises homeowners a central place to find qualified landscape-maintenance professionals. Currently completing its pilot phase in the Dallas, Texas area, LawnBroker.com will rollout across the rest of the US. Soon, millions of contractors will be able to bid and compete for maintenance work and property owners will be able to vet prospective contractors for free.

Mike Hall, Lawn Broker CEO and founder, created the site after finding the online marketplace for maintenance services lacking. “I was looking for someone to mow my yard and did a quick Internet search. I called about 10 lawn companies, seven of whom didn’t pick up the phone, one didn’t speak English and the other two seemed overpriced,” said Hall. “I figured there had to be an easier way to get a fair price on yard work, it just didn’t exist yet. That’s when LawnBroker.com was born.”

LawnBroker.com allows contractors to compete for landscape maintenance business. Plus, the process couldn’t be easier for the property owner; simply enter the property’s address and a few details about the nature of the work and in no time, bids from local contractors will start pouring in. www.LawnBroker.com
