Upcoming Oklahoma Water Conference

The Oklahoma Governor's Water Conference and Research Symposium includes two days of presentations. Lunch for both days is included with registration.

The 39th annual Oklahoma Governor's Water Conference & Research Symposium will be held December 5-6 at the Reed Conference Center in Midwest City, Okla. This year's conference theme will be Connections.

The conference is a partnership between the Oklahoma Water Resources Board and the Oklahoma Water Resources Center. The event brings together researchers and experts in the water field from the state, federal and local spheres to share data and knowledge that they have gained in the past year.

In addition to presentations and discussions, a ceremony will be held to recognize the 2018 Oklahoma Water Pioneer Award winners. Every year, this honor is presented to individuals who have significantly contributed to the planning, management, development and conservation of Oklahoma's water resources.

The Oklahoma Nursery and Landscape Association is urging local and out-of-town landscape professionals to attend the conference and learn about recent discoveries and insights in the realm of water management and protection.
