Illinois Green Industry Association Hosting InVigorateU
January 18-19, 2016 in Bloomington - Normal, Ill.

The Illinois Green Industry Association, a nonprofit trade association serving Illinois' nursery and landscape industry, is hosting their second annual InVigorateU educational event in January.

The Illinois Green Industry Association is proud to announce their second annual InVigorateU educational conference, January 18-19, 2016 in Bloomington - Normal, Ill.

InVigorateU is an intensive educational event for landscape architects, growers, retailers, irrigation contractors, turf professionals, arborists, and new this year, landscape foremen. The event is geared towards those looking for continuing education units as well as those looking for practical and productive learning in a "let's get to work" setting. Landscape architects can earn up to 12 CEUs over the two-day conference; irrigation professionals can earn up to 16. Additional CEUs are available for landscape industry professionals; see the event website for more details.

In addition to educational events, there will be an exhibit hall open on Monday evening during the social mixer and all day on Tuesday. This is a unique opportunity to mix and mingle with various segments of the green industry all conveniently coming together under one roof.

In addition, all attendees are invited to Tuesday's opening address by Kaizad Irani, professor at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and designer of the award-winning landscape for the World Trade Center Memorial Park in New York City.

Registration costs vary depending on the courses selected, from as low as $50 members/$60 non-members up to $300 members/$375 non-members.
