LANDSCAPES 2015 Introduces a
Specialty-Focused Day

Across-The-Broad Drop of 28 Percent

NALP, the voice of 100,000 landscape and lawn care industry professionals, has announced a specialty-focused day at LANDSCAPES 2015, with emphases on design/build/installation, irrigation/water management, landscape management and lawn care.

The National Association of Landscape Professionals (formerly PLANET) has announced that it will have a specialty-focused day on Thursday, Oct. 22, at LANDSCAPES 2015 (formerly the Green Industry Conference) in Louisville, Ky.

The LANDSCAPES 2015 convention provides more than 40 education sessions that complement GIE+EXPO and Hardscapes North America. In addition to bringing national landscape, lawn care and business speakers to the convention, LANDSCAPES 2015 will host a specialty track day to enable lawn care, landscape maintenance, design/build and irrigation professionals to learn from and network with their peers.

Specialty day includes:

o Breakfast with Champions networking tables with specialty-focused topics
o Education sessions that focus on four specialties: design/build/installation, irrigation/water management, landscape management and lawn care
o Evening receptions for each specialty group

The specialty sessions and receptions are included in the main registration fee. LANDSCAPES 2015 registration also includes admission to GIE+EXPO.

LANDSCAPES 2015 is approved for Landscape Industry Certified recertification at 1 CEU per hour of instruction attended. Certification exams are available on Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. Advance registration is required.

PGMS and HNA educational programs also qualify toward recertification. NALP educational sessions are also approved for LA CES. Please check laces.asla.org for more information.
