John Deere Landscapes
John Deere Landscapes acquired Diamond Head Sprinkler Supply, which consists of three landscape distribution centers in the state of Hawaii. "The acquisition of Diamond Head Sprinkler Supply is John Deere Landscapes' first acquisition in Hawaii," said Doug Black, CEO of John Deere Landscapes. Diamond Head Sprinkler Supply has been in business for almost 50 years.





EasyTurf, Inc.
EasyTurf, Inc. named JHM Supply as an authorized reseller for San Gabriel, Calif., and surrounding areas. JHM Supply will oversee the synthetic grass manufacturer's expansion to this market.





Coyote Outdoor Living
Coyote Outdoor Living recently expanded its distribution network in the Midwest and Mexico. The Dallas-based outdoor kitchen manufacturer partnered with Doolittle Distributing, an appliance distributor in the Midwest, and LUXSA, which brings imported brands to Mexico.





Briggs & Stratton
Briggs & Stratton recently announced that it will close its factory in McDonough, Ga., in the first quarter of 2015 and will move production to its plants in Wisconsin and New York. The Georgia plant employs 475 people.





CASE Construction Equipment
CASE Construction Equipment invested $24 million to expand production in Burlington, Iowa with the addition of the company's M Series crawler dozer production line. The expansion will create approximately 50 full-time jobs. Preparations will begin later this year and production on the new line is expected to begin in the second half of 2015.





Rosetta Hardscapes
Rosetta Hardscapes has licensed CASToHN of Tacoma, Wash., to produce the complete line of Rosetta Hardscape products. A manufacturer of industrial and residential concrete building and hardscape products, CASToHN has a 25,000-square-foot production facility located on 25 acres, which will accommodate future expansion.





Custom Products of Litchfield Inc.
Minnesota-based Custom Products of Litchfield Inc., which manufactures protective operator enclosures for equipment in the landscape industry and other sectors, is set to undergo a $2 million expansion that will add 20,000 square feet of manufacturing space and up to 31 jobs.
