Understanding the Landscape of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drones)

Learn to use Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) video and images for landscape resource management, marketing, site planning, and design. Learn about the current but rapidly changing drone technology and FAA requirements for its use. Learn to identify the limitations of your UAS and restrictions on where you are planning to fly. Learn to navigate the local and federal regulation regarding your UAS. Provide a summary of the FAA Small Unmanned Aircraft Rule (Part 107). Provide an outline and basic understanding of the requirements and process of obtaining your Remote Pilot Certification required for commercial use of your UAS.

Soil Amendments and Benefits of The Solvent Welding Process in Accordance With ASTM D2855 Standard / Bonder Qualification in Accordance With ASME B31.3 A328 Standard

This two part class will include: basic principles of solvent welding; proper techniques for solvent welding plastic joints; importance of correct sized applicators; set and cure times; solvent welding tips – hot and cold weather; causes of failed joints; repairs and safety precautions. As well as, a hands-on portion in the second part that includes: assembly of test pipe joint coupon by each participant and Weld-On provides hydrostatic pressure testing of coupons at Weld-On Hydro Lab to 680 psi in accordance with ASME B31.3 A328 2.5(c) bonder qualification performance standard.
