October 10th & 11th - Long Beach Convention Center
Maintenance and Training Center
These workshops are aimed at the “How to” and the “Improve.” Are you looking for ways to reduce irrigation costs? Simplify maintenance requirements? Increase your knowledge? Then these seminars are for you.
The public landscape has many opportunities to incorporate low impact development principles from design into maintenance. This course will focus on a summarized but comprehensive approach to designing and managing public landscapes including parks, parkways, and open space. The opportunities for sustainable design exist in the urban forest, parks, sport fields, open spaces, and urban spaces.
"The seminars were all great. Presentations ranged from highly professional to accessible for those who want to gain general knowledge."
